Lourdes Hospital Federal Credit Union membership is a great way to obtain many low cost financial services. Establishing LCU membership means you will be opening a Savings Account (Regular Share Account) with a minimum deposit. There are no fees to open a regular share account. Once the account has been opened, you can apply to use any of the credit union's financial services. To apply for a loan or a visa card, you must be employed for a period of 90 days.

2. Print a PDF of the Membership Application form. (Click Here!) Complete and mail in this form (with your opening deposit, a copy of your Drivers License, and a copy of your employee ID ) to get your account started. Your application information will be verified.

3. Complete the account request form below. Once we receive this request, we will then mail you the membership application. Once you receive the application, complete it, sign it, and return it to us with your opening deposit, a copy of your Drivers License, and a copy of your employee ID. Your application information will be verified.

Once your application and deposit have been received, your application will be processed and your account will be activated.
